About the Artist:
Originally, I graduated with a degree in Textile Design and worked as a colorist in the textile industry while painting on silk and canvas in my spare time. After moving to Alaska, I started apprenticing with a local jeweler, and made a switch from fine and wearable art to jewelry making. Hence the name of the business - Change of hART (both change of heart and change of art). Currently, I live and work in Wichita, KS and, apart from my Etsy shop, I have my own website at www.changeofhartonline.com and some of my items featured at a local brick and mortar store, The Onion Tree. I also sell my jewelry and accessories at numerous craft shows in the Wichita area. Apart from creating my original designs, I enjoy working on custom orders as it gives me a great satisfaction to make a customer's idea become reality.
